MIKE CRAFT
Mike established himself as the lead singer in Smokie in 1995. He achieved an impossible task when he stepped into the shoes of Alan Barton who was tragically killed in a road accident in Germany. His vocal talent is amazing and his relationship with the audience when on stage is electric. He combines his two obsessions when on tour. Gadgets and sport, especially his favourite football team Bradford City. He’s the comic of the band and is an incredible impersonator although he does have his serious side as well.

Quote from Mike
“I’ve loved the emotional roller-coaster of performing live on stage. The feedback we get from our fans is magnificent. We’ve had some incredibly happy times and I don’t mind admitting that on occasions I’ve cried for joy”
